Hagar is seeking a volunteer Corporate Secretary to support Hagar International’s Chief Executive Officer and International Board in a range of legal, administrative and governance activities.

The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for board meeting scheduling, documentation and archiving, developing and monitoring compliance systems, legal review, monitoring and reporting on Hagar International’s Strategic Framework, and executive assistance.

To succeed in this role you will have a professional qualification in law or accounting, demonstrated knowledge of Cambodia and/or Swiss law, and five years of experience in a similar role. You will need to have a deep commitment to Hagar’s mission and values, demonstrated experience working with international executives and supporting board processes, excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The volunteer Corporate Secretary will be based in Phnom Penh.
